Church Covid Policy
Our 10 am Worship Service will resume in the sanctuary, beginning December 6.
Children's Church & Jr. Worship will also take place during this service.
We are asking you to wear a mask "from car door to car door."
Please put on a mask when you exit your vehicle and keep it on the entire time until you return to your vehicle.
There will be no in-person Sunday School classes during December.
Adult classes may continue to meet via Zoom, or contact the church office to reserve the Activity Center (for adequate social distancing) if they wish to meet in person.
Our services will continue to be live-streamed each Sunday morning at 10 am.
We are asking you to wear a mask "from car door to car door." Please put on a mask when you exit your vehicle and keep it on the entire time until you return to your vehicle.
Our pews and chairs are currently marked to help facilitate distancing. As much as possible, please choose seating that best accommodates the number in your family.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and inviting worship experience for all who wish to participate.
Our policy is the same for children’s, youth, and adult ministries. For further information on our children’s ministry policy, click here.
Since the pandemic began, we have strived to respond with Christian integrity and civic responsibility. It continues to be our goal to provide worship opportunities that make every participant feel safe, and that honor the recommendations and orders of our State leaders. Complying with these guidelines will ensure that we can continue, without reproach, to worship together in our sanctuary, carry out the mission of Pleasant Dale Church, prioritize the wellbeing of our siblings in Christ, and seek unity in our church family.
We believe it is essential that we maintain our unity as siblings in the body of Christ. We need each other. Few themes are more prominent in the New Testament than unity in Christ. This has been a difficult year for everyone, and each individual and family has experienced the effects of this pandemic in different ways. May we continue to pursue peace and resist divisiveness in our family of faith. May we continue to pray for and encourage one another, show grace to one another, and above all, love one another.
"Finally, brothers and sisters, keep rejoicing and repair whatever is broken. Encourage each other, think as one, and live at peace. May the grace of the Lord Jesus the Anointed, the love of God the Father, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit remain with you all.” [2 Cor. 13:11,14 The Voice]
We recognize that, as elected leaders in this congregation, we are stewards of your trust. We do not take this responsibility lightly, and are grateful for your encouragement and support as we endeavor to creatively meet the constantly changing demands of this season. We welcome any questions or concerns you may have.
